vela is a college planning application for high school students and families. Students can organize college lists, applications, scholarships, SAT prep, essays, financial aid, activities, and counselor guidance in one roadmap.

The public app homepage explains the product without requiring login. JavaScript is used for the interactive planning dashboard, but this fallback keeps the app purpose and legal links visible to reviewers and users.
